Hi, I'm Andrew. I’m a people, team and organisation development specialist, coach, speaker and author.    

I’ve been a member of successful project teams and senior executive business teams and I've led teams of up to 50 people, including globally.

After 26 years working at Rolls-Royce plc I now bring my experience and expertise to other businesses and organisations. I help to improve focus, productivity and capability by building exceptional teams and training and developing exceptional team members and leaders. 

I combine my specialist people development capability and senior level HR experience with a background in engineering. This delivers creative and pragmatic solutions that solve your real needs, in the context of your organisation.

I work with ambitious people, businesses and organisations that want to improve the performance of their teams. 

I'm one of Theo Paphitis's Small Business Sunday winners and was chosen as one of 2020's SmallBiz100 for the Small Business Saturday national campaign. I’m also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

I set up my business to focus on what I really enjoy – developing people and teams so they can grow businesses.
